Client workspaces
Group instances under a client, brand what they see, and send them a report they can read.
If you run n8n for other people, a client workspace groups that client's instances under their name, with their logo and brand colour.
This is the Agency plan.
What it gives you
- Grouping. Instances belong to a client, and the dashboard can be filtered to one client at a time.
- White-label status pages. A status page scoped to the client, carrying their branding rather than yours.
- Scheduled reports. A branded email summary, weekly or monthly.
Scheduled reports
Weekly reports cover Monday to Monday; monthly cover the 1st to the 1st. Both are in UTC, and both always cover the last complete period — a report covering a period that has not ended yet shows partial figures and gets contradicted by the next one.
Each report contains: run count, success rate, average duration, items processed, AI cost, incidents opened, resolved and still open, mean time to resolve, instance count, and the workflows that failed most.
Delivery is idempotent by period rather than by a "last sent" timestamp, so a worker restart or a few hours of downtime does not produce a duplicate or skip a period.
What it is not
Client workspaces are an organisational layer inside your workspace. They are not separate tenants with their own logins: a client does not get a dashboard account. What they get is a status page and, if you enable it, an emailed report.
